July - 5 Special Anniversaries
This month I’m celebrating some very special anniversaries. From becoming a Guiness World Record holding hula hooper to releasing my first album...
The Majorettes - 10 Years
In 2012 I turned up to an audition for a hula hoop group. I got in! Little did I know how life changing it would be and how The Majorettes would shape who I became. With the Majorettes I performed nationally and internationally at top festivals and events. Some highlights including performing at 2012 Olympics, winning a Guiness World Record and dancing in India, Barcelona, Paris and Glastonbury Festival. To celebrate 10 years Marawa and The Majorettes have put together a beautiful book which I wrote a little piece for. Happy Anniversary to the Majorettes ⭕️

Singing Mamas - 3 years
Back in Summer 2019 I was wandering around Buddhafield when I heard some angelic voices which magnetically drew me into a tent. I found myself in a Singing Mamas circle. Fast forward 3 years and now I'm a trained leader and have not one, but two Singing Mamas groups.

Kambo - 4 Years
After a total body and mind breakdown I found myself seeking some radical help and went for a treatment with Kambo. I felt such a powerful shift after this, that I went on to make a mini documentary about my experience which has now 138,121 views and counting!
